New Tigé headquarters and manufacturing facility

Please find below details of the new Tigé plant due to open in November.

We are hoping to arrange a plant tour for all our Tigé customers when the new plant opens. It is hoped that we can subsidise this and put a package together to give our customers and prospective buyers the opportunity to see for themselves what makes Tigé boats so unique.

Whilst this is in the early stages we would appreciate your interest and look forward to giving you a lifetime experience of seeing the product being built, meet the people that make it work, and trying the whole range of Tigé products at first hand. If you are interested then please contact us. Alternatively, if you would like a test drive or wish to discuss what makes our boats leaders in technology and versatility we will be very happy to oblige.

SUBJECT: New Tigé Plant Groundbreaking

Dear Tigé Dealers:

I’m very pleased to announce that after months of planning, construction has finally begun on the new Tigé headquarters and manufacturing facility in Abilene.

A formal groundbreaking ceremony will be held Thursday at the 40-acre site where grading and preliminary foundation work began January 17. When completed, the new Tigé headquarters will include a 105,000 square-foot manufacturing plant and office facility adjacent to Abilene Regional Airport. The new plant and corporate headquarters are scheduled for completion in November 2005.

The manufacturing facility features a linear design to boost production efficiency and product quality throughout the boat-building process. Designed to begin and finish one boat per hour, the new plant will effectively triple Tigé’s current production capacity.

The plans feature a 12,000 square-foot contemporary style corporate office complex and an adjoining 18,000 square-foot product development and engineering facility. This expanded research and development area will further enhance our ability to develop cutting edge technology and innovative design.

Our complex has also been designed with visitors in mind. Plant tours will be safer, more informative and very impressive for customers, dealers and other visitors. A portion of the hallways in the manufacturing facility are built with large glass windows, so Tigé can showcase its new factory while maximizing comfort, safety and enjoyment for all visitors. We will also have a fully equipped conference center that can be used for training and other activities.

In addition to the 40-acre site, another 100 acres surrounding the manufacturing facility will allow expansion opportunities for Tigé and any of its suppliers who are interested in building regional satellites to support the plant.

Everyone at Tigé is pumped about the start of construction and looking forward to moving into the new facility later this year. This is truly a milestone in the history of our company and the beginning of an exciting new era for Tigé.

Sincerely,

Charlie Pigeon President, Tigé Boats, Inc.
